MATH help

Ok so I have three questions if someone could help that would be great!

1) Suppose that a rectangle has an area of 81 square meters. Express the perimeter P as a function of the length x of one of the sides.

2) Find the equation for a cubic polynomial that could generate this graph given that it passes through the point (0,3)

3) The polynomial f(x)= (1-x)(x+3)(9x+2)^2 Find the degree, leading coefficient, and constant coefficient. I know the degree is 4, I thought I knew I was doing but was wrong.

If anyone could help that would be GREATLY appreciated!
